About Me
I'm a full-stack web developer with 15+ years of experience — from PSD-to-HTML and Flash banners early in my career, through WordPress and WooCommerce theme development, to modern Magento 2 architecture, PWA frontends, and Drupal on Kubernetes.
What I've done:
I've built and maintained Magento 2 stores using Hyvä and Venta themes, with Docker, AWS, and Jenkins in the pipeline. I've worked on PWA Studio frontends with React and TypeScript, and on Drupal sites backed by PostgreSQL, deployed on Kubernetes.
Much of my career has been full-stack — custom WordPress themes with ACF, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, and bespoke PHP on CodeIgniter and Laravel-based CMSs. I started out in front-end work: PSD-to-HTML, Flash and HTML5 ad banners, jQuery plugins, and ActionScript.
What I do for fun:
Outside work, I'm a game dev hobbyist and polyglot tinkerer. I make games with Godot 4 (GDScript) — 2D action games with component systems, 3D space flight prototypes with procedural starfields — and I experiment with DragonRuby, Usagi (Rust + Lua engine), Defold, Phaser, and LÖVE. I use Python for automation and gamedev on the side, and I'm familiar with Flask and FastAPI.
I also explore whatever catches my interest: C++, Odin, COBOL, Zig, FreeBasic, Blender 3D — not for any project in particular, just because I like knowing how things work.
